Enrique Merino and his family have made a name for themselves over the years with their award winning coffees. To find a coffee like theirs is quite difficult. Enrique has built out nursery’s of his famed coffee cultivars to share with neighboring farmers who could use a boost in their cup quality and consequently compensation. The varietal we are super excited to share with you is an Ethiopian landrace named Sidra. This cup is exuberant with fruit and delicate with florality. The cup is jammy with crushed berries, grape, papaya and bing cherries. Think of the sweetness of a fruit smoothie with the complexity of a spring bouquet. The cup is full bodied, medium acid, and an exceptionally sweet.



All orders are roasted Tuesday-Wednesday and shipped Thursdays.
