Luis Aguirre has a magnificent farm named Candelaria that produces beautiful lots that we have come to love each year. His coffees are balanced, consistent and provide us with wisps of citrus and floral. We think this is great for espresso, it’s buttery and filled with dried fruits like golden raisin and apricot. Pulled longer (i.e. 18g. Dose, 40g. Yield at 40sec.), the espresso provides a confectionary side much like honey nuts, cashew cream with summer florals throughout. A versatile and balanced lot coming from our friends in paradise, Guatemala.




All orders are roasted Tuesday-Wednesday and shipped on Thursday.
