Notes: Nelson Ramirez is a constant for many roasters to work with out of Santa Barbara, Honduras. He has earned his name as an agronomist that has honed in the importance of potassium-rich fertilizer. He started with his grandparents small farm (Finca Chely) and turned it and the surrounding area into a world class operation in the last decade. His coffees are primarily composed of catuaí and pacas varietals. The result of his catuaí lots are notably creamy, thick with a tamed mango acidity. This is a perfect fit for our Paradise espresso, an amicable partner for milk. As a brewed-cup, it’s rich aroma and syrupy base coats the palate for a an easy-going profile.

All orders are roasted Tuesday-Wednesday and shipped on Thursday.
