Victoria is an outstanding example of a coffee producer having very little and making the most out of it. She began growing in 2012, which makes her years of fruit production only a few years out. As a new producer, she crushes it! Victoria notes that she is always learning from other farmers and agriculturists on the best techniques for pest, weed and fertilization control. Her efforts have quickly earned her a spot in the specialty world. This coffee is rich, full bodied and fudgie with hints of hop-like acidity. A great coffee for milk based drinks giving way to a caramel toffee effect. Overall, this coffee is big, lots of cocoa nibs, marbled rye and dark cherry impressions.


All orders are roasted Tuesday-Wednesday and shipped on Thursday.
