Notes: Manuel is a rising star out of Santa Barbara, Honduras. His farm is a small, pristine operation that is managed by his hard-working and attentive brother-in-law Jaime. This is the 5th harvest for Manuel’s farm, which is an exciting time for the life of a coffee tree. This coffee in particular is cleaned three times and dried for consistency and a vibrant longevity. The cup exhibits clarity, cleanliness and a fruit forward personality. We taste notes like pluot, plum, marmalade, peach tea, and honeyed almond. It’s syrupy with a firm structure to holds its complexity. This coffee is a rad cup if you like that stone fruit acid and dark fruit sensibility.

All orders are roasted Tuesday-Wednesday and shipped Thursdays.
