Silvano Hidalgo hales from one of the most celebrated coffee regions in Latin America; the infamous HueHuetenango (Way-Way-teh-Nango). A small province in Guatemala that produces a solid spread of coffees that maintain a reputation for creamy, full-bodied and gently fruited cups. Silvano takes those general notes and blows them out of the water. His lots are separated by the mountain side in their respective micro-climates. He has distinguished what kind of variations can occur between lots, even if they grew a few kilometers apart from each other. Lot 1 manifests dark fruit, a syrupy body, licorice tones, maple and cools to cream and light oolong florality. Disfruten!
