Jhony and his family have been hard at work over the last 25 years. When he inherited the farm from his grandparents, there were no coffee trees there. He immediately started planting coffee in hopes it would pay off… alas, his coffee profit is only 5% of what he makes off of the farm. Nevertheless, he is steadfast in his tending to harvest and processing. One of our favorite Colombian coffees this season, a bright, complex and opinionated cup. On the nose, there’s peach crush, lemon and floral characteristics. In the cup, juicy with notes of apricot, crisp melon, vanilla bean malt and a clean acidity coming around at cool. This is the kind of cup we would encourage to drink filtered and straight up. A brew with many tales to tell.

All orders are roasted Tuesday-Wednesday and shipped Thursdays.
