Notes: Upon the highest growing region in Ethiopia, lies a small village named Yabitu Koba. In the district of Uraga, the 723 locals bring their coffee to Yabitu Koba for milling. The mill is managed impeccably, the result is incredibly rewarding. This cup boasts a dramatic aroma of florals and fruit. It is a game-changer for many who might not be inclined to drink coffee black. It fills the palate with coupled with an overtone of lavender, jasmine and coffee blossom. The cup is silky, sweet characteristics of blueberry with lengthy pear-like acidity.
