GUIDELINES

Réveille Coffee Co. customers have 15 days from the receiving date to send back full price items and 7 days from the receiving date to send back sale items. All goods must be returned in their original packaging, in clean, unused and resalable condition along with a copy of your original Réveille Coffee Co. packing slip. Failing to meet these requirements may result in a rejected return. If rejected, your order will be shipped back to you.

Please note the Réveille Coffee Co. website and stores work independently. Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged through an Réveille Coffee Co. stores. 

EXCHANGES

To exchange for a different item, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online or by calling the Réveille Coffee Co. to guarantee stock availability - +1 (415) 974-1266

Réveille Coffee Co. does not accept exchanges for retail coffee bags.

RETURNING AN ITEM

Réveille Coffee Co. does not provide a pre-paid return label with your shipment. Return shipping cost is at your own expense.  

Réveille Coffee Co. does not accept returns of retail coffee bags.

 

Steps to make a return:

1- Locate your order number and email us at info@reveillecoffee.com with the reason for your return.
2- Fill in the back of the original packing slip.
3- Pack the item(s) you want to return along with the copy of the packing slip and seal it securely.
 

All returns must be sent to the address provided below.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of reception, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.
